BBC Radio Cambridge broadcast.
Yesterday, Jane Smith (on the right of the picture ) from BBC Radio Cambridge came to record a broadcast in advance of our Nightingale festival. I dragged a reluctant Katherine Fraser (on the left) over to the microphone to talk about her nightingale research project. Of course, the nightingales performed wonderfully and we even saw several of them out in the open. Jane's program goes out early on Saturday mornings. I also recorded a piece to attract families in the Summer Holidays. Jane will be back to do a program on otters and badgers, so I hope to rope in our resident expert, John Green for that one.
