The presentation was made at the school fete today and the money was accepted by Mike Thomas, Chairman of the Friends of Paxton Pits Nature Reserve and Jim Stevenson, Senior Ranger for Huntingdonshire District Council.
The girls did all this without any prompting from parents or the school. Just fantastic.
The money will go towards better access and facilities, including a new hide, that will be built this autumn.
